WHAT?!?!?! I had no idea you were prego!!! CONGRATS!!! That is so exciting!! And yes, you could totally do paleo while pregnant. Julia's doing it right now. I plan on continuing it when/if I get pregnant again. You know, probably with a few cheats thrown in there. But, I think it would make you feel so much better and healthier! Again, so excited for y'all! woo hoo!!!
